All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Sales Workforce Platform and SWP OS names — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our prior written permission.
Descriptions of SWP OS on this website are for information only. Access to the platform itself is governed by these Terms and any separate written agreement. Features described as "coming soon" or in development may change, be delayed, or not be released.
SWP OS is offered on a paid, per-seat subscription (billed monthly or annually) — there is no free trial. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; call usage beyond a plan's included minutes is billed as overage at the rate shown in-product. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for your calling activity and for complying with all applicable laws — including telemarketing, consent, call-recording and do-not-call rules (e.g. TCPA/TSR/FCC in the US; PECR, Ofcom and ICO guidance in the UK; and equivalents elsewhere). You must obtain any legally required consent and give any required disclosures before recording calls or contacting individuals. You are the controller of the personal data of the people you contact; we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
SWP OS uses AI to generate live coaching cues, signals, compliance checks and summaries. These are automated assistance, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not legal, compliance, financial or professional advice. They do not guarantee regulatory compliance — you remain responsible for the conduct and compliance of every call and decision.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its completeness, accuracy, or availability. Performance figures and estimates (including any ROI calculations) are illustrative and not guarantees of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
