What is SWP OS?

SWP OS is the operating system for a modern sales floor. Reps call from a dialler built into the platform — or plug in RingCentral, Aircall or their own SIP — and every conversation is captured with live, two-sided AI transcription (rep and customer, labelled separately). On that same stream, an AI co-pilot coaches the rep in real time, a compliance engine flags issues as they happen, and the call is scored, dispositioned, and written back to the CRM — automatically.
